WARRANTY OF MAJOR DENTAL WORK
This includes Onlays, Crowns, Bridges, Dentures and Implants.
We warranty our work for 5 years.
Who qualifies for this warranty is a patient who has had their dental work done with us and has kept up their prescribed cleanings and exams with our office (annual exam and x-rays)).
This warranty is for the breakage of our restoration placed in your mouth. This does not include if you get decay or breakage of additional tooth around our restoration as we cannot warranty something that we are not in control of.
1st year – is 100% covered
2nd year – is 80% covered
3rd year – is 60% covered
4th year – is 40% covered
5th year – is 20% covered
The doctor is the one who makes the determination on if the warranty is applicable. The doctor will examine the restoration and inform you of any coverage if any.
